Dear Kimber and Family, I was beside myself when opening our small local paper. It was always a bright spot when the Stanley family came to visit our small establishment. Many times I would try to find time to sit down with Kimber and Bill, to talk. My fondest memories of Bill was his attention to details in my life, compassionate tone, his openness and his wonderful smile. I can't even find the right words to describe how much I feel for his family. This is a definite shock and loss for everyone. Hello Stanley family. Dr. Stanley was my Doctor, and I considered him a friend and confidant. I moved to Alaska a few years ago and just recently came across this site. I want you to know that I think of him often. My daughter also did cheer at American, so you know I saw him at competitions as well. A story I love to tell about him when remembering how he could make me laugh was time he came in wearing his daughters glasses! I told him I loved his new glasses, he laughed and said he had broken his so he borrowed hers!! He was a wonderful person that I have very found memories of. He also delivered my Grandson so of course that was a fun night/morning for me as well. He talked about his family with such a fun loving attitude. Thanks for having shared him with all of us.. we always said he was one of the girls, because all the patients in the waiting room loved him and could talk to him about anything..
